A beautiful embodiment of the herbs and spices of the east. This blend offers general wellbeing, vitality, strengthens the nervous system and eases digestion. I love to drink this with coconut milk and local raw honey. I don’t add caffeine to my chai blends. If you wish to I suggest an Assam. Allow the Chai to simmer for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and add your tea leaves. Allow to steep for 5-7 minutes, strain and add milk and honey.
